Our menu features modern Irish & European dishes with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. We grow our own fruit, vegetables & herbs when in season at our kitchen gardens in Moneygurney, Douglas. There are freshly picked and used in our dishes, house cocktails and homemade ice-creams, jam & preserves.
