Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory brings an exciting new evolution in Van Etten’s sound and style. This album was created in total collaboration with her bandmates—Jorge Balbi (drums, machines), Devra Hoff (bass, vocals), and Teeny Lieberson (synth, piano, guitar, vocals)—giving Van Etten the space to explore new creative possibilities. The themes stay true to her signature style, but the sounds are innovative, clear, and cutting-edge.
