“One day, Cormac O Caoimh will undoubtedly be regarded as one of the greatest melodists in pop music history.” – Le Village Pop

“Acoustic treasures from the Cork singer-songwriter, with each song lingering in the memory.” – Mojo Magazine (****)

Cormac is currently working on a series of digital 12-inch singles, with the first featuring My Harbour, a track that was playlisted on RTÉ Radio 1 and charted in the top 20 of all Irish songs across various stations.

On October 27th, 2023, Cormac released his sixth solo album, Where The World Begins. Both his latest album and the previous one have been named Album of the Week on RTÉ Radio 1 and Marty in the Morning on Lyric FM, among many other accolades. Over the past few years, he has had more than 15 songs featured on the RTÉ Recommends list, reaching over 10 million listeners across Irish radio.

Known for his intimate vocals, enchanting melodies, and masterful guitar work, Cormac has earned high praise from critics worldwide, including Mojo, The Irish Times, HotPress, R2, Americana UK, and OndaRock in Italy. His unique sound has drawn comparisons to artists ranging from The Go-Betweens, Badly Drawn Boy, Elliott Smith, and Prefab Sprout, to folk icons like Nick Drake, Leonard Cohen, and Paul Simon.

On the night, Cormac will be joined by an extra special guest—Justin Cullen of The Frankenstein Bolts. The two might even collaborate on a few songs!

Justin Cullen, a talented songwriter from Wexford, is the lead vocalist of The Frankenstein Bolts. His songwriting blends folk, synth-pop, and dream-pop influences. The band has released two albums, an EP, and several singles, with a new collection of home-recorded tracks titled A Heavy Hail Assault set to be released soon. They are also working on a third album, scheduled for release in 2025.
