Bastion is a celebrated Michelin Star restaurant located at the junction of Market Street and Main Street in Kinsale, run by the talented husband-and-wife team of Chef Paul McDonald and Restaurateur Helen Noonan. The restaurant’s focus is on a hyper-seasonal, no-choice tasting menu (offered in four and multi-course options) that keeps natural flavours to the fore and highlights the finest local and Irish produce, with local seafood being a particular highlight.
