Salad Box just opened its first ever restaurant in Ireland.
The global franchise operator already has existing stores in 12 countries and in major cities like New York, Miami, London, Barcelona, Amsterdam and Budapest.
It’s newest restaurant is located at Unit 9, Douglas Village Shopping Centre, Douglas and it plans to open in 20 locations in Ireland over the next three years.
The menu includes a great range of vegan and vegetarian food choices salads, vegetable soups, natural juices and smoothies with the option of adding meat to your meal.
Salad Box aims to use the freshest of ingredients that are locally sourced.
Mike Kelly, Managing Director of Salad Box Ireland said: “Our passion for amazing food with focused customer service has lead us to 12 countries. It is a pleasure to add Ireland to this growing food revolution.
“Our opening in Cork will be followed next month with two openings in Dublin. We see great potential for steady growth in the Irish market.
“In the Irish market we have teamed up with Java Republic to provide our customers with a fantastic all organic coffee and tea experience, and last but not least we have created a range of vegan snacks such as cacao brownies and beetroot delights, which are incredibly tasty.”
